Avalon Health Care is deeply committed to serving our veterans and their families. With five Veterans Homes in Utah and Nevada, we provide top-tier care, including post-acute rehabilitation, skilled nursing, and specialized memory care. Our facilities have earned CMS 4-5-Star ratings and are financially successful.
In addition to our homes, we’re pioneering a VA Home Health Agency exclusively for veterans, focusing on tailoring solutions to meet unique community needs. Our Veteran Services team, largely comprised of veterans themselves, collaborates with government entities and local veteran communities to advocate for increased access to quality care. We build strong relationships with advisory boards and VA hospital systems to provide personalized care for our nation’s heroes.
Avalon Health Care not only meets industry standards but also adheres to government regulations, proudly holding contracts with the U.S. Veterans’ Affairs department in select facilities. We’re dedicated to ensuring no veteran is left behind, upholding their dignity, and affirming the joy of life throughout their care journey.
