Nicole RN keeps my husbands legs stasis ulcers Clean and correctly bandaged. His legs are very sensitive to ointments creams put on them on any bandaging or anything of that nature so it takes a long time to do his legs because he gets stasis ulcers, real easy. Nicole does an excellent job. Then CNA Heather goes above and beyond to do her job. She is an outstanding work for you once we had an unexpected water leak in our air conditioner to furnace in the water ran into the hall .Heather brought her shampoo cleaner and took up the water and clean the area that got flooded. It was in a large area, but it was very thoughtful for Heather to do that because we went out to the garage to get a shampooer and someone had borrowed it and not returned part that goes off from the main machine to pick up whatever is on the floor. Heather brought her home carpet shampooer and cleaned up the water and went over the carpet and I greatly appreciated that because my husband and I are homebound and there’s no way I could get out to get another shampooer. Heather is like that she very promptly responds when she sees a need or even before my husband or I see the need, she sees it and she takes care of it right away and she is very very conscientious. She does a wonderful job I highly complement you for hiring, Nicole, RN and Heather CNA to work for your company. They are definite asset and I would highly recommend that anyone looking for a home health use your company and that’s is due to Heather and Nicole.Debbie HagueFebruary 7, 2024My husband had a traumatic brain injury in July which required some home health care when he got home. Our given care team was so amazing and easy to work with. From the physical therapist Mike to the speech and occupational therapists that help him regain his abilities to care for himself. Thank you everyone for all your help and care!Jerry CampbellJanuary 31, 2024My nurse Nicole is the best nurse I could ever ask for. She is professional and I trust her to help with whaI need. I had a bad experience in California and so much better now. Nicole listens to me and I would definitely recommend her and the company.Keith KnightonJanuary 27, 2024Denisse fits right in and is on time, dependable, thorough. She lets me know if she is running late. Jim is a pleasure to work with and knows what he is doing. The therapist Jim lets me make up my mind of what works best for me. Hillary helped me to swallow and with my mouth. Nicole the nurse is a first class angel and I would definitely recommend her to anyone.
