Who is Brighten Life Home Health & Hospice?
A compassionate team of home-health and hospice clinicians with specialized training (PTSD, anxiety, depression, VA/Veterans, wound care, IV/PICC/Port) focused on dignity-centered care.
How do you deliver whole-person care?
An interdisciplinary team—Medical Director, nurses, social workers, aides, and spiritual care—coordinates personalized plans that address physical, emotional, and spiritual needs.
When can we get help?
24/7—days, nights, weekends, and holidays—with fast triage for pain, breathing issues, falls, catheter/IV concerns, and medication guidance.
How do you ensure quality and protect our rights?
We uphold high clinical standards, clear communication, non-discrimination, and an easy feedback/grievance process to ensure accountable, respectful care.

Pain & Symptom Management
Skilled management of pain, nausea, shortness of breath, and other symptoms to improve comfort.
Spiritual Care
Support from chaplains/spiritual counselors to meet spiritual needs and provide comfort based on the patient’s beliefs.
24x7 Access to Care
Nurses and support staff available for emergencies and urgent needs—continuous support for patients and families.
