About us

Who is Brighten Life Home Health?

Our team is encompassed by many years of highly skilled home health experts that have deep roots of love and compassion for home health. Our team has completed specialized training in PTSD, anxiety, depression, VA services, caring for Veterans, wound care, IV/PICC/Port infusions, and much more. We built our foundation on service and caring for others to improve their quality of life. We have a special team that would love the opportunity to care for you or your loved one.

What services do we provide?

We offer nursing, physical, occupational, speech therapy, social work services, and home health aides.

Where are services provided?

Our care team will come to your home, a family member’s home, assisted living facility, or anywhere else you may call home!

How frequently can I receive home health care?

Our nurse comes out and completes an evaluation and will work with you, your doctor, and our team to tailor a specialized care plan to meet your needs, which will determine how often we see you. Each patient is treated as an individual and has specific needs that we want to assess and address as we are able.

Enrollment Assistance

We provide free enrollment assistance for VA benefits, followed by comprehensive homemaking and medical home services for our patients and their families.
