Enrollment Assistance
Understanding health benefits is hard, but we believe it should never be what stands in the way of patients and their families getting the healthcare that they deserve, which is why we have provided all the necessary resources a patient will need to determine their eligibility. If you have questions about the process of enrollment, feel free to contact us or visit our resources page for more information.
The VA also has resources for those who would like support with the enrollment process. You can get help in any of these ways:
- Call the VA toll-free hotline at 877-222-8387, Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. ET.
- Get help from an accredited representative (a trained professional trusted to help with VA-related claims). Request a representative
- Find your state’s Veterans agency
Services Eligibility
All eligible patients and their families are eligible for Skilled Home Health Care if they meet the clinical criteria for the service and it is available in their location. Services may vary by location. To learn the amount of your copay, please contact your social worker/case manager and complete the Application for Extended Care Benefits (VA Form 10-10EC) if applicable
While Brighten Life Home Health will seek payment from the VA or others, it is a private company that is not a part of the VA or any other government agency.
